Mr. Stacey has been involved with a number of laboratories
across Canada
in the capacities of instruction, management, inspection and quality
control, specifically in the field of hematology, for over 30 years. Mr.
Stacey holds a Masters of Business Administration in Marketing and is a
Registered Technologist from the Canadian Society for Medical Laboratory

Wayne
Jefferson:
Director
Mr. Jefferson received his Certified Management Accountant
Degree in 1975 and has provided organizational, administrative and financial
leadership to various organizations both in the public and private sector.
Mr. Jefferson served as Secretary-Treasurer for the Surrey School District
of British Columbia and in 2004 was presented with the Larry Ozero
Distinguished Leadership Award. Currently, Mr. Jefferson is President of
Pinnacle Management Consultants, a business consulting company which offers
services to clients seeking to improve financial and market performance in
their core businesses and developing ideas and solutions to expand outside
the core in profitable venture |

Jonathan M. Pollack
Director
Mr. Pollack is president of Toronto-based The JMP Group.
Established in 2000, The JMP Group provides mergers and acquisitions advice
and strategic advisory services to a select group of Canadian, American and
Latin American companies and family groups. Since its founding, The JMP
Group has acted as financial advisor to a number of leading companies that
includes Canpark Services, Lifebank Corp and IVAX Pharmaceuticals Mexico.
Prior to founding The JMP Group, Mr. Pollack was vice president of Violy,
Byorum & Partners LLC, a leading investment bank based in
New York.
Mr. Pollack received a Masters of Science in Finance from
the London School
of Economics and Political Science as well as a Bachelor of Commerce from
McGill University. Mr. Pollack is a governor of Mt. Sinai Hospital,
Treasurer of Leadership Sinai and is involved in several other philanthropic
organizations. |

J. Douglas Seppala:
Director
Mr. Seppala is a 1983 law graduate from the
University of British
Columbia. He has practiced in the Vancouver area since 1983 and is currently
a Partner with DuMoulin Black and was previously a Partner with McCullough
O’Connor Irwin, law firms practicing primarily in corporate finance and
securities. He has clients in a wide range of industries and in various
geographical locations. Mr. Seppala is or has been a member of a number of
advisory committees to government and securities organizations. |

Owen Granger:
Chief Financial Officer, Director
Mr. Granger received a B.A. (honors) from the faculty of
Business Administration,
Simon Fraser University,
in 1981 and has been a Certified Management Accountant since 1986. From 1983
to date he has been employed in a variety of senior accounting and financial
management positions for public enterprises. He has been a director and
senior financial officer of companies listed on the TSE, TSX, NASDAQ and
over-the-counter markets. In addition, since 1989, he has been a director
and the part-time secretary treasurer of WestBond Enterprises Corporation, a
public company engaged in the manufacture of disposable paper and
polyethylene products for the medical, airline and industrial markets.

Alan C. Herrington:
Director
Mr. Herrington was one of the co-founders of Salman Partners Inc., an
independent, research-driven investment dealer serving institutional,
corporate, and individual clients since 1994. He is Executive
Vice-President and Director of Salman Partners. He has more than 26 years
combined experience in investment banking and international corporate
banking. He began his career in finance in 1981 with Chase Manhattan Bank
with positions in New York and Montreal. Subsequently, he became a key
member of Nesbitt Thomson’s investment banking team in Vancouver from 1987
to 1994. A graduate of Brigham Young University, Mr. Herrington provides
corporate finance expertise to a number of corporations across a wide range
of industries. He has provided financial advice to numerous corporations
regarding public equity offerings, private equity placements, and mergers
and acquisitions.

Anil K. Mangal:
Medical Director
Dr. Mangal is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians
of Canada
in Hematology (FRCPC). He did all his post-graduate training including
Residency and Fellowship with the University of British Columbia at the
Vancouver General Hospital. He also holds Board Certification in American
Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) and a Masters of Business Administration
(MBA) from Simon Fraser University.
Dr. Mangal is also currently Clinical Assistant Professor
in the Department of Pathology & Laboratory Medicine at the
University Of British
Columbia Faculty Of Medicine, a Hematopathologist with BC Biomedical
Laboratories, and in active clinical hematology practice. Previously, he
was Medical Director of Canadian Blood Services (BC & Yukon Centre), from
1997 to 2001, and has held senior hematopathology positions since 1983 in
both the private and public health care sectors. |
